Founded in 1990 and under the leadership of Chairman Lu Chun-Ting, Kao Yi Plastics Enterprise Co., Ltd. has set up Chungcheng Plant (the second plant) that engages in the production of hard compounds and Chengkung Plant (the third plant) that engages in the production of medical and food grade plastic compounds. Kao Yi has effectively engaged in the independent production of medical and food grade soft and hard compounds. Our production process is based on customers' product specifications, and we strive to improve the production efficiency and minimize costs. In addition, we have made every effort to reduce pollution and ensure product stability, and for this, our products have been well received by our domestic and foreign customers! Kao Yi manufactures high performance, high precision, and high quality PVC products that meet customers' requirements. With the comprehensive and innovative production equipment, Kao Yi continues to strengthen our team and computerized manufacturing process to fully implement independent inspections. The stringent manufacturing process includes from material testing, mixing, kneading trough, granulation, cooling, packaging, storage, to testing before shipping, undergoes standardized operating procedures. In addition, with the establishment of complete production process, improved traditional techniques and production equipment, combined with computer technology, we aim to raise the overall efficiency and production quality.
